Why “[letter]: Daily Communication?” The original design was simply to share what there is to say. We (DA and I) started this by texting, but the history was looking like it was interesting enough to retain for the future, so we wanted there to be a more accessible record. We started using Gmail and kept to one thread, but when we got to 100, it wouldn’t allow us to go any further under the same subject. So we added an “A:” to the beginning of the subject “Daily Communication” so we’d have 2600 more to go before needing to invent a more elegant solution. When “this” was written, we were at #72 of E:, so we still had 2128 to go before the end of Z:. Look forward to F–Z. If more authors come to team journal, we may revise the headlining. To what I do not know.
I invite you to consider becoming an author here. It’s a creation, and it need not be everyday, but at some regular interval that will keep you engaged as well as creating a bit of a record.
To make your own “Daily Communications” copy this format to your email composer, fill it in (as you so choose) and mail it to me at [email protected]. If sending an image and caption, I can take care of the formatting!
Example of what there is to say:
(suggested format, copy and paste into an email)
Photo & Caption. (optional, but WAY more fun)
Learned: (three or more things you’ve recently learned)
Grateful for: (three things you’re grateful for.) 3.
Seems: (like bla bla bla. The world’s not always what it seems.)
New Habits: (List them here. Every time.)
Thinking about: (What your thoughts are currently about.)
Listen or View: (A link to a video, so others can see something they never would see or hear some music they wouldn’t find on their own.)
Reading: (What are you reading? Anything?)
NEW! Ecology of Habits: (Anything you want to add.)
Wildcard: (Anything you want to add.)

You can say anything, but please keep it clean. Kids and grandmothers read this blog. You can go WAY off-format, but see if you can stay within the parameters of the intended conversation. You can use any image, but if it is copyright protected, we offer to remove it if the owner disagrees with our use.
We don’t sell things here, but you can recommend and link to if you are wholeheartedly recommending something, such as a workshop series you enjoyed or got a lot out of. (For me, it would be a Tony Robbins program, the Landmark Forum and subsequent courses offered by Landmark Worldwide. Also, search for Earl Nightengale on YouTube.com.)
